WWE Power Rankings: March 8, 2014

Daniel Bryan

As we passed another hurdle in the road to WrestleMania the Power Rankings published by WWE.com and every Saturday saw its fair share of dips and rises.

On top of the food chain, the storyline involving Daniel Bryan seemed to be the most confusing one this week while the turmoil among the shield also kept the fans on the edge of their seats.

Fans who wanted to see CM Punk return on Raw was disappointed to say the least but was treated with a title change and some interesting progression to Batista’s character. Meanwhile, John Cena looks destined to follow the buzzards and end up on the creepy side of the town.

Real Americans were showing clear signs of a split up. Big Show also found himself in the headlines of the week with an impressive return. With so much developments taking place through the week, let’s take a look at how all these affected the Power Rankings.

25- Natalya (Previous Rank-Nil)

Natalya

The girl from Hart family showed once again that why she is considered as one of the best women technicians in the business after picking up a tag team win over AJ Lee and Tamina in SmackDown. Making AJ Lee tap out to the trade mark sharpshooter gets Natalya into the Power Rankings.

24- Emma (Previous Rank-25)

Emma

Emma continued her roll in the main roster after picking up a mixed tag team win alongside Santino Marella. She also managed to improve her stand in the power ranking by one place which is an extremely rare feat for a diva.

23- Titus O’Neil (Previous Rank- Nil)

Titus O’Neil

Titus O’Neil gets back into the power rankings thanks to a win against Zack Ryder on Superstars. His feud with Darren Young seems concluded now which leaves Titus with a need on something new if he is to stay in the hunt here.

22- Rybaxel (Previous Rank-19)

Rybaxel

Another disappointing week for Ryback and Curtis Axel as the team fell for consecutive losses. With the new champions crowned in their division, Rybaxel clearly got off on the wrong foot with a three place drop in the Power rankings.

21- The Miz (Previous Rank-21)

The Miz

There wasn’t much in it for Miz this week inside the ring, however, the awesome one kept himself busy in the WWE app. Taking some time off after his marriage, Miz should consider getting back in the ring in order to keep his place in the rankings.
