WWE PPV name change, former IC champ receives threats, WWE heads to Sydney

Former IC Champion Jacques “The Mountie” Rougeau has recieved death threats

- CKOI 96.9 in Montreal reports that former WWE Intercontinental Champion Jacques “The Mountie” Rougeau has filed a complaint after a man carrying a 12-gauge shotgun was reportedly looking for him and making threats.

“I have no enemies, at least not that I know of,” Rougeau said.

The police have opened an investigation over the incident.

- A mailer was sent today stating that tickets for the WWE Battleground pay-per-view, which was previously titled Over the Limit, on October 6th at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY go on sale on August 3rd. The mailer was posted on our Facebook page earlier today, which you can view at facebook.com/WrestlingINC.

- Following Friday’s live event in Melbourne, the RAW World Tour heads to Sydney for an event on Saturday night. John Cena vs. Ryback in a Tables match for the WWE Championship and Dean Ambrose vs. Daniel Bryan for the U.S. Championship headlines the show. The Miz, Kane, Curtis Axel, Seth Rollings, Roman Reigns, Antonio Cesaro, The Great Khali and Natalya are also scheduled to appear.
