WWE ratings dip blame attributed to Rollins?, Vince & HHH working on huge angle, Punk clarifies on tweet
- The word is that WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon and the WWE officials are worried over the recent dip in TV ratings and some big changes are to be expected as has been the case when things have gotten rough before.
Both Vince & Triple H are said to be working on a big angle to bring the viewers in, the details of which isn’t clear but just that the ratings dip is what has been dominating the WWE talks at present.
As is the norm, a major part of the blame is being attributed to the current WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins by his detractors. Many feel that the major shove that Rollins has been getting in the past few months is what is the reason behind the drop in ratings, however Seth has major support coming in from both Vince McMahon and Triple H. Backstage, there is also word that Rollins is over-exposed and him doing promos on weekly TV isn’t translating well.
- We had mentioned on how CM Punk had dissed on WWE’s charity partner Susan G. Komen on Twitter yesterday. Understandably, the comment received a lot of backlash from the WWE fans as RAW featured a major segment with WWE stars and a few breast cancer survivors involved.
