WWE RAW 24th February 2014 - 5 promising developments

The WWE Network kicked off and thus began a highly anticipated Raw which had many things to remember it by. Some great and some disappointing. The one striking disappointment is that Daniel Bryan laid the foundation for a match against Triple H. I guess Batista signed with the WWE because he was guaranteed a Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania victory. Otherwise, it is really easy to put Daniel Bryan in the main event. One last beacon of hope is that Punk returns and fights Triple H finally or another far off possibility is that if Daniel Bryan wins against Triple H, include him in the main event.

All that said, here are some moments which were promising developments for the very near future called Wrestlemania.

“There ain’t no grave that can hold my body down.”

The Undertaker

The Undertaker returned and literally stamped his signature to make his match against Lesnar official. The crowd of course erupted at his spectacular entrance and then they leapt a whole lot more after Lesnar crashed through the table thanks to THE chokeslam.

Undertaker was one of the many legends Lesnar took head on and vanquished during his initial run in the WWE. Much has been said about their not so friendly backstage equation in the past and they even had a staredown back at UFC when Undertaker was in attendance in the crowd to watch a fight and in the middle of his interview with Ariel Helwani, Lesnar passed by and promptly paid some heed to the Undertaker.

There is sure to be a lot of history that might come into the fray in the coming weeks.

Their feud is sure to gather quite a storm.
