Why didn't The Undertaker show up a night earlier?

With WrestleMania behind us, all eyes were on Raw after the Show of Shows as we are usually treated to a fair share of surprises at the show.

We were not disappointed, as we saw the return of some big names, and were also teased with another Winner Takes All clash.

While the show did well to act as the landing ground for the night after WWE WrestleMania, it did little, if anything, to present new challenges for the new champions that were crowned at the event.

Here, we will take a look at the 5 biggest questions that we were left with after the April 8 episode of Raw, and what many of the things we were presented with could mean for the future of the superstars involved.

#5 Why was The Undertaker kept off WrestleMania?

Just like last year, fans at WrestleMania waited patiently for the gong to sound and the lights to go out. While they got the return of the Doctor of Thugnomics instead, they didn’t have much to complain about. Not until the night after WrestleMania.

The gong didn’t sound at WrestleMania 35, but it did on Raw right after the event as the same superstar who was interrupted by John Cena was interrupted by a much bigger legend.

The Undertaker made his way to the ring, laid out Elias, and made his way back to the locker room, fans were left asking one simple question: Why today?

An appearance by The Deadman is always welcome in the WWE, but the WWE Creative opted to keep him off what would have been his 18th consecutive WrestleMania.

This raised many questions as to why The Undertaker could not do the same just one night earlier and have John Cena layout Baron Corbin after his match with Kurt Angle instead?
