What better way to kick off a show of the caliber of this one other than to have both of your top champions take the center stage and have a staredown?

Seth Rollins came out to the ring and begin the celebration, stating that "we deserved it", instead of him alone. The Beastslayer was interrupted by The New Day of all people. In a funny bit, Kofi asked Seth that he looked confused, to which the Universal Champion replied: “Yes, it’s Monday; it’s not Tuesday.”

Kofi Kingston challenged Rollins to a match later on in the night, with the same stipulation in line that made Becky Lynch the champion of both brands: Winner take all! The fans roared in unison and chanted "Yes", on the prospect of both champions squaring off in a title match.

The New Day and Seth Rollins are some of the most popular faces on the WWE Roster at the moment, along with the Women's Champion Becky Lynch. Although having all three champions share the ring to kick off Raw would have been a sight to behold, this didn't disappoint too.
