WWE RAW - Best and Worst - CM Punk to bring back iconic stipulation at Bash in Berlin; shocking betrayal after 10 years?

As we head towards Bash in Berlin, WWE RAW continues to deliver. The show wasn't as much of a blockbuster as last week's episode but it was solid.

We got some good action while all the stories progressed. WWE RAW featured a heel turn while teasing another one for next week. So, with that said, let's look at the biggest positives and negatives from tonight's episode.

#3. Best: A great WWE RAW main event

Bron Breakker may have had his best showing on the main roster tonight, as he main evented WWE RAW against Sami Zayn. The two ended their Intercontinental Championship feud with a decisive two-out-of-three falls match.

While Breakker did get pinned first, it happened so quickly that one could forgive it. He took control of the match shortly after that, eventually putting Zayn down for good. The challenger suffered three spears, including one in mid-air, as he succeeded in making Bron Breakker a vicious destroyer.

This was their best match, with Sami Zayn himself looking incredible. Better things lie ahead for the veteran on WWE RAW. We could all be feeling "ucey" very soon.

#2. Worst: The Judgment Day isn't a threat

While we're glad they haven't been renamed, the new Judgment Day needs a boost. Right now, the group doesn't seem much of a threat to Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. Finn Balor may be an equal to them, but the rest feel like a level below the Terror Twins. Even Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio.

Ripley and Priest nearly took all of them out with ease on WWE RAW following The Punisher's win over Carlito. At least Mami didn't hit the Riptide on Dirty Dom; that's a moment that deserves a lengthy build-up. Something needs to be done to beef up The Judgment Day besides the numbers advantage.

They have more of a chance against Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. As things stand, the mixed tag team match at Bash in Berlin might end up being a one-sided beatdown while Finn Balor watches on from afar.

#2. Best: Master Gable is proud

He wasn't on WWE RAW, but Chad Gable must have been proud of what transpired. His old students took on his current teammates in an excellent tornado tag team match.

The Creed Brothers defeated Otis and Akira Tozawa, but not before the Alpha Academy boys put on an incredible effort. Otis and Tozawa are more than comedy wrestlers, with WWE RAW proving how good they can be. The match ultimately ended when Ivy Nile turned heel.

She choked out Maxxine Dupri, distracting Alpha Academy in the process. This was a great showcase, which could only get better once Chad Gable returns and the babyfaces find a partner.

#1. Worst: The end is near?

We hope it's all a ruse from Xavier Woods. Because if it is not, The New Day is about to break up. The one thing Karrion Kross has warned us about will happen.

Woods didn't seem thrilled at Odyssey Jones helping him and Kofi Kingston in their feud against The Final Testament. He even pitched a tag team match for next week's WWE RAW, only for Kingston to change it to a six-man match to include Jones.

The New Day has been the one true constant in a land of backstabbing and betrayals. Xavier Woods needs to get back on the same page and ensure he and Kofi Kingston survive this storm. Friendship needs to prevail on WWE RAW, especially at a time like this.

#1. Best: All-star promo

WWE RAW featured a star-studded segment, combining two feuds together. Randy Orton and Gunther had an intense war of words, as their rivalry went from professional to personal in an instant. They were interrupted by Drew McIntyre, who wasn't pleased that The Viper jumped ahead of him for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship.

Orton struck Gunther with an RKO amidst the chaos before CM Punk showed up. The Best in the World went straight for McIntyre and repeatedly whipped him with his own belt. Punk had the last laugh tonight, potentially setting up a Strap Match between him and The Scottish Warrior at Bash in Berlin.

This segment also hinted at an epic tag team match, putting Gunther and Drew McIntyre against Randy Orton and CM Punk. It would be a huge main event for next week's show.
