WWE RAW: June 8, 2015- 5 Promising Developments

It wasn’t the best of Raw by a mile. Cena and Owens provided for some compelling television, even if their segment wasn’t as great as the last ones. The feud between Ambrose and Rollins is being taken in an unnecessary direction despite the fact that these two already have a great background story and great chemistry to headline many PPV’s against each other.

It was a go- home show for a relatively awaited PPV.Reigns had another strong win as he heads to the next PPV being the favourite. Hope it is contrary to what happened at the Royal Rumble.

Here are the five promising developments from this weeks Raw-

He is Kevin Owens

John Cena came out to open Raw for the first time in a long while. He was there to hype up the next PPV that comes this Sunday. Cue to Owens to make his way out. Owens got a favourable reaction when he said that people are a bit tired of him coming out on Raw and saying the same things for the past 10 years.

The biggest takeaway of this segment was when Cena went on about himself. He is the face who runs this place. He is John Cena. But out came Kevin Owens. And when Cole said “And this is Kevin Owens”, it commanded a certain power.

And even though Cena got to speak a lot, Owens was more effective with what he had to say.
