WWE RAW: Power Rankings – August 19, 2013

The Uso’s in action

Sportskeeda presents the ‘Power Rankings’ from this week’s WWE RAW episode. We aim at ranking superstars based on their weekly performance every Monday night. So, let us have a look at the performances of the superstars this week.

10) Wade Barrett

WWE is going no where with former Nexus leader and NXT prodigy Wade Barrett, who has succumbed to the ‘boring’ tag with a host of lacklustre performances. This week, the out of service ‘barber’ faced Miz in a decent match on RAW. The Miz picked up the win by D.Q after interference from Fandango. Even without the interference, Miz had the match nailed anyway.

9) Damien Sandow

Things seem to be going downhill for Damien Sandow ever since he won the MITB contract. He lost key matches on RAW and SmackDown to add to his SummerSlam loss to Cody Rhodes. The duo faced off again in a SummerSlam rematch on RAW and Sandow’s miserable run continued, as Rhodes pinned him to hand the former yet another loss.

8) Bray Wyatt

A victory over Kane in a landmark match at SummerSlam is no easy thing. Wyatt continued his dominance yet again on RAW, as he faced R-Truth in what was a dead rubber. Wyatt made quick work of his opponent and performed more creepy antics in the ring to hold the imagination of the WWE universe.

7) Big Show

Agreeing to compete in a match against all three members of The Shield is in itself commendable. With only size on his side, The Big Show was made to fight the Shield in a handicap match. Despite some strong resistance, the opposition emerged victorious after power bombing Big Show. All in all, he’s ready to challenge them for the tag titles and it is a feud to look out for.

6) The Uso’s

Rikishi will be mighty proud of his boys for a lot of things. The Uso’s have hit a purple patch in the WWE, picking up impressive wins on the trot. This week, they faced 3MB in what was a ‘dud’ of a match. However, the Uso’s took complete advantage of the opportunity and picked up yet another impressive win, firmly establishing themselves in the tag team division.
