WWE Releases NXT Star

CJ Parker has been released by the WWE

PWInsider reports that NXT star CJ Parker requested his release, which was granted last Saturday. PWInsider noted that the release was amicable, and WWE allowed Parker to work last weekend's AXXESS events.

CJ Parker was with the company since 2011. He has been involved in matches with most top stars, including Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn and others. He addressed his departure on Twitter:
