WWE Rumors: Lars Sullivan debut possibly postponed due to an anxiety attack?
What's the story?
Lars Sullivan was revealed as a main roster call-up back at TLC, but the former NXT star is still yet to make an appearance on SmackDown Live or Monday Night Raw.
In case you didn't know...
When Vince McMahon announced the new era of WWE a few weeks ago, five more NXT call-ups were added so that Sullivan could debut alongside a number of other former NXT talents.
Lacey Evans, EC3 and Heavy Machinery have all since made their debuts in dark matches for either Raw or SmackDown Live, but interestingly despite their being plans for Sullivan this week, he failed to appear.
The heart of the matter
According to a report by The Wrestling Observer, Lars Sullivan appeared at the arena ahead of this week's Monday Night Raw and was scheduled to be part of a dark match for the company, this was until he reportedly suffered an anxiety attack and after speaking to officials was able to leave the building.
He was then scheduled to be part of SmackDown Live in Jacksonville the following night, but he never appeared and instead flew home to Colorado. At present, there aren't a lot of details surrounding the situation, but it's thought that WWE has become much more sensitive to mental illness ever since Mauro Ranallo bought his bipolar disorder into the public forum.
What's next?
WWE reportedly has some huge plans for Sullivan in the future, which could include a huge match with John Cena at WrestleMania, but as ever, his health is much more important and should be treated as such.
Everyone here at Sportskeeda wishes Lars Sullivan the best at this time and hopefully, he will be back on WWE TV in the near future.
