WWE Rumors: Seth Rollins' won't be in the WHC picture on his return
Twenty-five percent. Or one in four. That’s the percentage of main-eventers who have returned from injury. Cena’s cameo at WrestleMania 32 was just that, with a couple of months of rehab prescribed. The same goes for Randy Orton and another whose comeback will split ear drums when the moment dawns.
Seth Rollins was rumored to be back at WrestleMania, but that was a bluff even marks would’ve called. The current timeline of his return was suggested to be some time around SummerSlam and it is now reported by cagesideseats.com that he will be back in the next two months.
The WWE World Heavyweight Champion was forced to abdicate when he tore his ACL, PCL and meniscus when he faced Kane at a Live Event last November. Recent photographs of him working out after successful surgery and convalescence raised heart rates but what we learn now will evoke a different kind of reaction.
Rollins will not be in the World Heavyweight Title picture immediately upon his return. There are no rumors or buzz on how he will fit back into the scheme of things when he returns but considering the star power he possesses, Creative would be foolhardy to insert him in a lukewarm storyline.
