WWE Rumors: Vince McMahon trying to end the Roman Empire?

Deja vu of art imitating life

Even the most loyal of soldiers has his breaking point, but have you ever imagined what the opposite would look like? If a leader’s faith in his troops was shaken? Not something to envision, is it?

That might be Roman Reigns’ sorry plight, according to dailywrestlingnews.com. Vince McMahon is apparently growing weary by the day, of the heat on the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the effort invested in trying to put him over. WWE are fending off flames from a lot of corners for their weak booking of a pair of respected veterans in Anderson and Gallows.

Popular belief in the IWC is that Reigns’ career graph will imitate that of greats like Stone Cold and The Rock, with a heel run followed by a reanimating face turn.

The CEO’s patience is wearing so thin that he might promote NXT talents like Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura and Finn Balor to the main roster much earlier than planned. We reported earlier that AJ Styles' health might force Creative to debut Finn Balor earlier than expected.

Reports suggest that Triple H has thrown his weight behind Reigns and has spoken up for his strong booking to continue. Which might result in a huge match between Reigns and Cena at SummerSlam, according to cagesideseats.com. As of now, the feud between Reigns and Styles is booked to last until Money In The Bank.
