WWE Rumours: Huge surprise return possible at WrestleMania 32

Cena’s Wolverining it again!

John Cena is a bit like that ridiculously hot girl in school that noone could ignore. Not in any of the ways that strike you at first, but by the way he keeps teasing his return to the WWE. The Leader of the Cenation is pendulum-swinging again, except not on his preferred canvas of Twitter this time.

In a recent appearance on Fox 411 to promote this new show ‘American Hustle’, Cena said he’s put in the hard yards with over 400 hours of physical therapy and is feeling almost completely restored. According to wrestlinginc.com, the same doctors who forecasted an off-time of nine months are now reconsidering their estimate. It was reported as recent as a week ago that Cena’s return has been pushed back by another few months and is in July, tentatively.

PWInsider has reported that the fifteen-time WWE World Champion is expected at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas on Sunday, though the nature of his appearance is unknown. Cena said in the interview that he expects over 100,000 people at WrestleMania.

This is the first WrestleMania the 38-year-old has missed in almost a decade after debuting on the grandest stage of them all in 2004. Cena tore his right rotator cuff and also had a couple of other related injuries that needed immediate attention. At the press conference held to announce that Orlando would host WrestleMania 33, Cena admitted that he would not wrestle in this year’s show.
