WWE Rumours: WWE planning to fire more talents?
WWE released eight of its superstars on May 6 amidst various criticisms. More than half the superstars fired were fan favorites and the fans are not happy with that. Releasing of fan favorites like Sandow has caused a severe backlash on the social media.
But WWE is not done yet. Backstage sources strongly say that WWE is planning to release atleast three or more superstars before this month is over. Though there is no clear indication, it is believed that many of the veterans will be shown the door. WWE is planning to fire performers who are already semi-retired and the ones who are performing on shows like Superstars.
Some of the wrestlers who are not being used may also end up in this list. Rumours confirm that atleast two big names will in the next list of superstars WWE is going to release. If rumours are to be believed, Ryback or Mark Henry may be one of those two big names that are gonna be released soon.
It is to be noted that while Mark Henry has expressed his desire to retire vocally time and time again, Ryback has all but stated that he isn’t willing to come down from his terms and conditions regarding the contract.
