Sheamus vs Cody Rhodes

Dolph Ziggler and Josh Mathews were in commentary during this week’s Saturday Morning Slam show which featured two entertaining matches. Here are the results in brief:

Match 1: Justin Gabriel defeated Heath Slater

Before the start of the match, a video montage of the journey of both these men from their Nexus and Corre days, when they were tag team champions, was shown. The match began with the usual air guitar performance by Slater. Gabriel was the eventual winner after hitting the 450 splash.

Match 2: Sheamus defeated Cody Rhodes 

Sheamus got the pin-fall win over Cody Rhodes after hitting the white noise finish move. It was a closely fought match with both men exhibiting a variety of moves throughout the contest.
