WWE News: Seth Rollins believes he has to be the #1 draft pick

Will he become a 3 time WWE Champion this Monday?

Before the much anticipated WWE drafts which will take place in 3 days from now, the former WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins appeared on the Cheap Heat podcast. He was there to promote the upcoming WWE Live Event this Saturday from Madison Square Garden.

During the interview, Rollins talked about the upcoming brand split and said that it doesn't matter whether he gets drafted to Raw or Smackdown; saying that he has got to be the number one pick either way.

Rollins believes that he is a wrestler to build a brand around and will feel slighted if he was a number 2 pick in the drafts.

It's notable here that according to the early rumors, Rollins along with his fellow Shield-brother Roman Reigns was going to be the main event players of WWE's flagship show Monday night Raw, with John Cena and AJ Styles being the top talents of Smackdown.

Although recent reports suggest that the plans of Rollins being drafted to Raw have been nixed by WWE due to the recent controversies surrounding Roman Reigns' suspension.

Seth Rollins will have a chance to become a 3 time WWE champion when he faces the current WWE champion Dean Ambrose next Monday on Raw.
