Video: Sheamus reportedly responsible for Roman Reigns's broken nose

Reigns is set to miss some TV time due to this

Roman Reigns underwent surgery this past week, according to WWE.com, on the heels of a bloody beatdown at the hands of Triple H on RAW. We had reported earlier, that talents backstage claim Reigns has had issues with his nose for quite some time and a nasal reconstruction surgery to fix a deviated septum was legitimately done.

Now, reports have emerged stating Sheamus as the man responsible for breaking Roman Reigns‘s nose during their match at a Live event. The injury happened during a table spot, in which Sheamus is seen slamming Reigns through the table, but as the Samoan Superman crashes through it, a piece of the furniture retracts and hits Reigns in the nose.

Here is the video of the spot:

Reigns looked visibly hurt and if you notice, Sheamus is seen whispering in Reigns’s ear, assuming he was checking whether he is alright. Reigns was also bleeding after the spot and was even attended by the referee and given a go-ahead to finish the match. Roman looked frustrated about it and ever since that day has had a visible scar on the bridge of his reportedly shattered nose.

Reigns is set to be out for a few weeks due to the same and rumors also indicate it being a well-timed strategy to save the future of the WWE from getting booed out of all the arenas. Whether it is a legit injury sustained at the hands of Sheamus or a ploy to keep him off TV is up for debate.
