Money in the Bank is just over three weeks away, and it’s all about WWE having money in their bank which is best for business.

Keeping that in mind, WWE is wasting little time in developing feuds for the next pay-per-view event and have already started work on it. With major stars such as AJ Styles and The Miz moving to Raw, SmackDown is trying to utilize the star power of Roman Reigns to steam forward.

Becky Lynch continued to travel between both Raw and SmackDown and is not ready to step down from any challenge whatsoever.

Kofi Kingston has also found his competitor for the next event, as SmackDown has wasted little time in igniting the wars.

In this article, we will look at 5 huge mistakes WWE made on this week’s episode in their build-up towards Money in the Bank.

#5 Treating The IIconics like The Revival

Since winning the Women's Tag Team Championships, and even for some time before that, The IIconics have been treated like nothing more than enhancement talent.

While a lot of people in the WWE Universe love the duo’s heel work and their talent, WWE seems to have a love-hate relationship with them just like they have with The Revival.

It took The Revival a long time to win the tag team championships on the main roster, but The IIconics managed to do it in much lesser time. However, they are still taking losses both individually and as a tag team to other wrestlers which is decreasing their value as the champions.

With no clear competitors for the Women’s Tag Team Championships at Money in the Bank, WWE will need to come up with a good storyline soon and make The IIconics look stronger rather than give them another fluke victory at the event.
