WWE Smackdown results - 30th May, 2014
WWE returned to Atlanta, Georgia for their last show before heading off to Chicago on June 1, for the Payback pay-per-view. Daniel Bryan’s title issue has been dragged until Sunday while The Shield and Evolution have one last oppurtunity to address their rivals Evolution. Bray Wyatt faced Jimmy Uso in a Last Man Standing match before meeting John Cena on Sunday at the Allstate Arena.

The Shield promises to end Evolution
The Shield kicked things off by making their way into the ring. After a beating at the hands of Evolution during the contract signing on Raw, Seth Rollins said that they are focused and stronger than ever. Dean Ambrose asked how far they are willing to go and Rollins also pointed out that there will be a strecher at ringside during the match. Putting Roman Reigns through a table was the biggest mistake they ever made and the Hounds of Justice promised that Evolution will not exist after Payback
Kofi Kingston vs Cesaro
Kofi Kingston entered the ring first and announced that he would compete for the United States title again. After his announcement, Cesaro came out and things got under way. Cesaro had the upper hand during the initial phase but Kofi caught Cesaro with a right hand from the top ropes. After Cesaro ran into a kick, Kofi went up to the top ropes again. But this time ,Cesaro side stepped and delivered the uppercut to pin Kofi for a win.
Winner: Cesaro
Paige vs Tamina Snuka
Divas champion Paige and Tamina Snuka were up next in a singles match. The match is interferred by no.1 contender, Alicia Fox, who taunts and distracts Paige by running around the ring with her title. Paige knocks Tamina down with a clothesline and focuses on Alicia. She almost pays for it as Tamina tries to execute the Samoan Drop. But Paige counters with the Paige Turner, and the applies the scorpion cross lock, aka the PTO. Paige wins by submission Tamina taps out.
Winner: Paige
Bo Dallas vs Xavier Woods
Bo Dallas makes his way into the ring and asks everyone to keep ‘Bolieving’ for his undefeated start in the WWE. Bo starts as the better man by sending Woods to the floor. Woods answers back with a drop kick and goes for the count. Bo kicks out before Woods makes it to the top rope. Bo drop kicks Woods in mid-air and delivers the Bo Dog to pick up a victory.
Winner: Bo Dallas
