Analysis
The Sheamus v Ziggler and Barrett v Neville feuds both continued with a rematch of their tag bout on Raw. This time round though the babyfaces were victorious. The two feuds will likely have rematches at Payback.
It also appears that WWE may be reuniting the Wyatt family, or at the very least putting Rowan and Harper back together. Rowan and Harper make a great tag team and could further boost the tag team division. However reuniting the entire trio would also be a fairly smart move to help bring back Wyatt’s aura.
The tension between Rusev and Lana also continued. A split between the two is extremely likely at Payback and would likely affect the result of the match.
A typical contract signing turned brawl closed the show and will hype the Payback main event. Finally for once it was the WWE World Heavyweight champion Rollins that looked strong. The addition of Ambrose to the match has really revived an extra interest in the bout.
Payback is drawing closer now, so look for WWE to start officially confirming more matches soon.
