WWE star lands role in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2", San Andreas projections, USGS on trailer
- KRON 4 ran the story above with United States Geological Service geophysicist Morgan Page discussing some of the scientific inaccuracies with the San Andreas trailer. It was noted that in the trailer, a scientist played by Paul Giamatti said that the earthquake would be so strong that it would be felt on the east coast, which wouldn't happen. Also, while she noted that the San Andreas fault wouldn't open, she hoped that the movie would remind everyone "that California is earthquake country and we all need to be prepared."
- According to The Wrap, bullish predictions have San Andreas opening in the $40 million range. The movie was made on a $110 million budget.
- The Daily Mail has an article here with photos from the set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, which recently began filming in New York. Sheamus will be appearing in the movie as Rocksteady. You can check out a photo of The Celtic Warrior on set here. CM Punk noted last month during a panel at c2e2 that he was trying out for the movie, although he didn't mention which role.
