Stone Cold to be on RAW contrary to reports?, Jericho releases new book, Bayley on main roster

The ‘Rattlesnake’ Stone Cold Steve Austin

– WWE presents RAW next week from Dallas, Texas. There was a big rumour about Stone Cold Steve Austin appearing at the Live Event along with other legends such as Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels and more.

WWE advertised Stone Cold to make and appearance along with the Undertaker, Brock Lesnar on RAW. These reports were a bit contradictory as the announcement made on last Monday’s RAW did not feature Stone Cold. Below is the announcement by the WWE which said Austin would feature on RAW.

WWE.com can confirm that the Oct. 19 Raw, scheduled to emanate live from Dallas — the home city of WrestleMania 32 — will not only feature a live appearance by Lesnar, but also WWEHall of Famers Shawn Michaels, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and Ric Flair, as well as Lesnar’sHell in a Cell opponent, The Undertaker.

Austin later corrected the fiasco using twitter and tweeted out that he was never scheduled for RAW and would only be doing the podcast along with Brock Lesnar who completes his Road to Hell tour in Dallas. Austin tweeted this.

At this moment it is still unclear whether he would be appearing on RAW, but you never know what’s in store.

– Chris Jericho is soon to release his fourth book titled “No Is a Four Letter Word.” Jericho recently announced that the book is to be released in 2016.

– The NXT Women’s Champion Bayley has delivered great matches in recent months. She featured in an Iron Man match against Sasha Banks to retain her Women’s Championship. Bayley has a dream of appearing on the main roster. Her road to the main roster might have started as she is scheduled to team up with Natalya to face Team BAD during the UK Tour.

– An independent promotion, Northeast Wrestling is believed to be pursuing former WWE stars for their huge programme next month. It was reported that the promotion might be in talks with former WWE superstars Rey Mysterio and Jeff Hardy.

The wrestling promotion which is set to celebrate its 20 year anniversary wanted to tie down Hardy and Mysterio for a match. Hardy would not be ready to return by the time the match is scheduled. They also tried to set up a Mysterio v Ricochet fight but failed to do so as Ricochet already had prior commitments to Lucha Underground.
