WWE SummerSlam 2019: 3 Fantastic botches and mistakes you missed as part of the show
SummerSlam 2019 made history for a number of different reasons, but the biggest was perhaps the fact that for the first time WWE presented four women's matches on the same card.
There were also a number of WWE Hall of Famers included in the show like Goldberg who was able to send a message to Dolph Ziggler with an incredible three spears.
Edge made a shock return to WWE when Elias decided to insult the crowd in Toronto, Canada where he delivered a fantastic spear to spark rumors that he could be looking for a WWE return for the upcoming Saudi Arabia show in November.
Trish Stratus was also part of the show in her hometown and she was able to put on a fantastic match against Charlotte Flair as the two women battled it out to prove who was the real Queen in WWE.
The crowd chanted "this is awesome" throughout as Stratus proved that she still had it despite not stepping in the ring for a one-on-one match for a number of years.
Whilst it was an incredible night of entertainment from the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, there were still a number of botches that many eagle-eyed fans spotted as part of the show.
#3 Trish Stratus basically pinned herself
Trish Stratus showed that she still had it throughout her final match against Charlotte Flair, but in the end, she tapped to the Figure Eight to allow Flair to call herself The Queen of all Eras in WWE.
Stratus didn't miss a beat throughout the match and tried to bring her hometown crowd to their feet when she locked in the Figure Four on Flair and then looked to bridge into the Figure Eight.
The issue was that Stratus took so long to bridge that her shoulders were actually flat on the mat for a few minutes whilst the referee was busy asking Charlotte if she tapped.
