WWE Super ShowDown 2019: 3 Matches you should not miss
We are just twenty four hours away from Super ShowDown. WWE will return to Saudi Arabia after seven months as the last show was Crown Jewel. Similar to Crown Jewel last year, several big names are on the card and excitement is high for the event.
Super ShowDown has a total of ten matches on the card. Both World Titles will be on the line as Kofi Kingston will defend the WWE Title against Dolph Ziggler, and Seth Rollins will fight Baron Corbin for the Universal Championship. The Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor will tussle with Andrade.
The Revival will take on The Usos in a Tag Team match. Roman Reigns will square off with Shane McMahon, while Triple H will lock horns with Randy Orton. Lars Sullivan will make his long-awaited main roster debut when he will face The Lucha House Party in a 3-on-1 Handicap match. There will be battle of power in Jeddah when Braun Strowman will cross paths with Bobby Lashley. Besides the fifty-man Battle Royal match, the match between Undertaker and Goldberg will be the highlight of the show.
With such colossal names on the card, we are expected to have an extraordinary show at Super ShowDown. Here we discuss three matches that could steal the show.
#3 Triple H vs Randy Orton
Triple H and Randy Orton are two biggest names of Vince McMahon's company, and they will collide at Super ShowDown. Though the build-up of the match has not been spectacular, the two men could deliver a great match. Orton and Triple H had a face-off on RAW this week when two men offered an impressive segment to hype the match.
The two Superstars have a long history. Orton and Triple H were essential members of Evolution. The Game was a mentor of the Viper in the early part of his career. As a matter of fact, they share twenty seven World Titles between them.
Triple H and Orton offered awe-inspiring bouts in the past and we could expect the same scenario. The Game's last match was at the Show of Shows against Batista, which was the longest match of the show with some jaw-dropping moments. On the other hand, Orton is also competent enough to produce a great match. Triple H might put over Orton, and the latter is my pick.
