WWE Superstar injured?, NXT star retaliates to fan, Jake docu submitted for Oscars
- At last night’s WWE Main Event tapings in Phoenix, Arizona, it looked like ‘The Bulgarian Brute’ Rusev was injured in his match with Neville. While no details are available yet, it looked to be a shoulder injury for the former WWE US champion.
During the match, Rusev went down favouring his right shoulder, prompting the ringside trainers to come in and check on him. Following the check-up, Rusev was declared unfit to continue, awarding the match to Neville via medical decision.

The NXT star had the following exchange with a fan on Twitter, who wasn’t a fan of Corbin:
- In what has been an ongoing flow of positive reception for the Diamond Dallas Page’s documentary on Jake Roberts, ‘The Resurrection of Jake Roberts’, it has been confirmed that the movie is one among 124 movies submitted for an Oscar in the documentary group.
The group will be narrowed down to 15 films in December and then 5 nominations will be announced on January 14th. If it makes it to the list of 15, the docu-movie has to be considered to have a strong chance of winning the prize.
