May is going to be an interesting month for WWE. The Vince McMahon-led promotion has seen ratings and viewership drop significantly post WrestleMania 35. WWE is trying a variety of things to get their viewership back on track.

This month will see the Money in the Bank PPV, as well as the build to WWE's Saudi Arabia PPV, which will see Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, and The Undertaker return.

But there are a few Superstars who may not be in WWE for the month of May. Let's take a look at the Superstars currently out injured in the WWE.

#1 Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey is still out injured and we don't know when she will return to WWE. In a recent appearance at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Rousey revealed how she got injured:

"There was a point in the match where I was teasing that I was going to throw a girl through a table and then I went, 'Tables are for b----es!' And I threw the table. ... I was coming in hot, and I started punching and sometimes you catch a pinky with an elbow."

Rousey or WWE haven't revealed when or if she will return to the WWE.

#2 Nia Jax

Nia Jax has been out of action for a month after she had to have double ACL surgery. This is a serious injury that will put the former RAW Women's Champion out of action for several months.

She provided an update recently stating that she's home and recovering.

Jeff Hardy is the latest top Superstar to suffer an injury. Hardy injured his knee at a live event (although WWE attributed it to an attack by Lars Sullivan) and had surgery last week.

In an interview with WWE after relinquishing the SmackDown Tag Team titles, Jeff revealed that he might be out for anywhere between 6 and 9 months.
