WWE Superstars who will win gold in 2019

Depending on the division, several titles within the WWE often see four or more title changes in any given year. The United States and Intercontinental Championships have both already changed hands four times in 2019, and the year isn't technically half over.

This year has also seen four different teams claim the SmackDown Tag Team titles, as the Bar started the year off with the titles but lost to the gimmick team of Shane McMahon and the Miz. They then lost the titles to the Usos a month later while the Usos dropped the titles to the Hardyz on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 35.

The Hardyz, as we all know, were forced to relinquish the titles shorty thereafter due to an unfortunate injury to Jeff Hardy. And with that, the Planet's Champions became the fourth team to win the right to be called SmackDown Tag Team Champs.

Since the nature of some titles is to change hands frequently throughout the year, it offers a handful of superstars the chance to become a champion at any given point. Due to the insane and chaotic nature of the new 24/7 Title, that belt and its eventual winners aren't going to be included here. There could be five changes between now and Monday's Raw.

Titles used to have more meaning, but with the new reality of constant title changes, that meaning has diminished greatly. The new title furthers that idea. Despite that, there will be several WWE superstars who capture gold in 2019. Here are seven bets to win titles before the end of the year.

#7 The Kabuki Warriors

NXT-version Asuka could have already won the Women's Tag Team titles by herself. But since NXT and the main roster are two different entities, Asuka lost some of the aura that built her as an undefeated juggernaut.

It wasn't her fault at all, but the main roster is booked by someone who doesn't even watch NXT. Even though that may be the case, it's already become apparent that Asuka and Kairi Sane are two of the best performers on SmackDown. Because of that, they have already netted wins over the current champions, the IIconics, in various matches.

They did not have a bout at Money in the Bank or even on the following SmackDown, but a showdown is clearly doing to happen soon. It might be on another episode of SmackDown or at Stomping Grounds, but the best bet is that the Kabuki Warriors will claim the tag titles before SummerSlam.
