WWE suspends Kevin Nash's contract, video of Nash In Court, Nash's wife changes story, 911 calls
WFTV 9 in Florida ran the story above regarding Kevin Nash's arrest this morning after a confrontation with his son, 18-year-old Tristen. The video contains footage of both Kevin and Tristen in court today, as well as audio of the 911 calls that were made.
In one of the calls, Nash is heard telling wife Tamara Nash, "tell them he's out of control." Nash's wife then said, "Uh, our 18 year old son is out of control." A second 911 call was played which had Tristen's uncle describing the confrontation between Tristen and his mother, which led to Tristen's arrest two hours after Kevin's.
Tamara originally said that she did not see the confrontation between Kevin and Tristen because she was on the second floor of the home, but changed her story after Kevin was arrested for being the primary aggressor and was charged with domestic battery. She said that she was afraid because of past altercations between Kevin and Tristen.
The story also noted that Kevin refused medical attention or a written statement, and told the police officer to "get a subpoena" when he tried to take pictures of his injuries.
WWE released a statement regarding Kevin's arrest, stating that his legends contract has been suspended until the matter is resolved:
"Kevin Nash has not regularly performed for WWE since January 2004. He is currently under a non-wrestling 'legends' contract which has been immediately suspended until this domestic dispute is resolved."
