Update on title changes at TLC, will Roman be champion again?
– WWE taped the Tribute to the Troops event yesterday and it may have possibly given away the spoilers for TLC.
The event, which is set to air on TV on the 23rd of December saw all the current Champions with their titles including Sheamus with his World Heavyweight title.
Other champions such as the Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens, the Divas Champion Charlotte and the United States Champion Alberto Del Rio also were seen with their respective titles. This points out to no title changes happening at TLC that is scheduled to take place on December 13th.
As the Tribute to the Troops special airs on the 23rd, titles changes happening at TLC seem highly unlikely.
It seems Reigns won’t be winning the title at TLC, and the title change could most likely happen at Royal Rumble, which makes sense given the magnitude of the pay-per-view.
Sheamus finds himself in a group which includes Rusev, Alberto Del Rio and King Barrett who call themselves the League of Nations. While many would expect Reigns to win at TLC, it looks like Sheamus would retain the title as WWE might not want to put it on Roman just yet.
Sheamus also has a strong stable behind him and an interference at TLC looks very likely to again keep Roman away from the title.
