What happened after RAW went off air?
It was the Brock Lesnar show on the latest RAW episode as the Beast gave Ambrose what he asked for– a tour to Suplex city – before laying waste to the Lunatic Fringe with a monstrous F5.
Lesnar laid out Reigns and Ambrose to close out the show in dominating fashion, but that wasn’t the end of the action for the fans in attendance in Birmingham.
After the cameras stopped rolling, New Day continued their assault on Reigns and Ambrose for a brief period before a reinforcement came out to level the playing field. Chris Jericho ran out for the save and helped Reigns and Ambrose clear the ring and fended off the attack from Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods.
Y2J got a big pop when his music hit and the ‘Ayatollah of RocknRolla’ wasted no time in helping the babyfaces in Reigns and Ambrose. Reigns and Ambrose.
In a rematch from last week’s RAW, Jericho is set to go up against ‘The Phenomenal’ AJ Styles on the upcoming episode of RAW. We could also see a possible heel turn from Y2J – something that has been rumored to happen for weeks – and initiate a full-blown feud with Styles.
