WWE WrestleMania 32: 5 best things from the show
WrestleMania 32 is in the books and the WWE Universe would be feeling indifferent about the whole pay-per-view. There were some memorable moments in the pay-per-view for sure but then again, a lot of the booking decisions that the WWE had the fans scratching their heads.
The WWE did not pick the winners with respect to the future context and it might come back to bite them soon.
Despite the negatives, there were some standout things about this year’s WrestleMania. And we are going to take a look at them one by one. So here are those WrestleMania 32 moments that you would not forget soon.
Honourable mention: Zack Ryder winning the Intercontinental Championship
Zack Ryder came into the Intercontinental Championship ladder match as a replacement for the injured Neville. Ryder’s inclusion was welcomed with warm hands by the WWE fans but the fans clearly did not see him as a contender for the actual championship. However, Ryder proved everyone wrong and went on to capture the gold.
It was a surreal moment for everyone who watched and for Ryder, it is his ticket back to relevance city. Hopefully, WWE would have a strong booking for him going forward and would not let him drop the title soon. Also, we could get to see a full blown Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn feud going forward.
The Rock and John Cena sharing the limelight
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and John Cena are hands down two of the greatest superstars in WWE history. Their presence alone was a big boost for WrestleMania and when they shared the stage together, it became something special.
Cena’s return was something that we all knew about but most of us did not expect him to have a segment with the Brahma Bull.
Cena did not get on the mic or pull off a long promo like Rock did, but in the limited time he got, Cena did steal the show. Rock coming out with the flamethrower was another classic moment to cherish for a lifetime.
