WWE WrestleMania 33 Rumors: The Rock likely to appear at WrestleMania tomorrow

Will The Brahma Bull make an appearance at Camping  World Stadium?

What’s the story?

The Rock making an appearance at WrestleMania 33 is a lot more likely now as it has been reported that Sunday is free on his schedule.

It was originally believed that he would be making the rounds with the media to promote the latest Fast and Furious Film, but Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that The Rock is Orlando, Florida and will be in town until Tuesday or Wednesday.

In case you didn’t know...

Since the Rock returned to the professional wrestling world in 2011, he has been involved in every WrestleMania since WrestleMania 27. Excluding his short match at WrestleMania 32, a majority of The Rock’s WrestleMania appearances since WrestleMania 29 have been time-filling segments.

The Rock and Warrior Award recipient Eric LeGrand corresponded on Twitter a month ago, and The Rock stated he was trying to make it down to the Hall of Fame ceremony and/or WrestleMania.

The Rock was not spotted at the Hall of Fame ceremony.

The heart of the matter

If the report from Dave Meltzer pans out, then The Rock could be seen either tomorrow at WrestleMania or on the Raw or SmackDown LIVE after Mania.

An absence from The Rock at WrestleMania 33 will mark the first time in 6 years that he has been absent from WrestleMania since his return.

What’s next?

The Rock’s WrestleMania segment not only offers some entertaining mic skills from The Great One but it’s a great way for the WWE to fill time for what is going to be a 6-hour show.

Tune into WrestleMania tomorrow night to see if the Most Electrifying Man in all of Sports and Entertainment will show up to Camping World Stadium for the big show.

Author’s take

If The Rock can make it, it would be nice to see The People’s Champion make an appearance.

After all, this year’s WrestleMania is taking place in his home state and it would be nice of him to appear at this year’s Orlando show since he wasn’t involved with the product back in 2008 for WrestleMania 24.

WrestleMania 33 continues to build up intrigue and interest as the show progresses.
