Ziggler talks 'cheating' against Cena, Kane to be punished on next week's RAW, Triple H's mentor
- Back in the day during the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression Era, the use of underhand tactics such as the eye rake and low blow were a common sight as the heels always used to resort to them.
In recent times, we are witnessing the resurgence of these illegal moves as Kevin Owens used the eye rake against Ryback to win his first Intercontinental title. Ziggler adopted the same against Cena during their solid U.S. title match which drew a lot of reactions from the twitterati. A fan posted a question on twitter to Dolph asking him the reason behind his rake to the eye to which ‘The Show Off’ argued and said that it ain’t cheating if you don’t get caught.
Heel Ziggler might be on his way back to the forefront as he is up against a perennial face in Cena. Below is his response to the fan on twitter:
- No matter what the critics say, Kane is the second most entertaining aspect on WWE TV after New Day obviously and this week’s RAW was no different; though it was predictable to say the least. Kane’s action’s on RAW as director of operations have drawn the ire of the Authority it seems as they are planning on taking strict action against the Demon.
In a new poll on the WWE website, they asked the fans whether Kane should be punished for the way he ran the show in the absence of The Authority. With over 13,000 votes, a majority of the fans that is 54% of them are of the opinion that Kane should not be subjected to any punishment as he was instrumental in putting together an entertaining main event.
31% of the fans believe that the question is redundant as Corporate Kane and Demon Kane are two different people altogether. The rest were in favour of a punishment being prescribed for Kane. In any case, Triple H and Stephanie would make sure Kane pays for it to generate some good heat between Kane and The Authority at the final episode of RAW before Hell In a Cell.
- Talking of Triple H, today would have marked the 89th birthday of his mentor, the late WWE Hall Of Famer Walter “Killer” Kowalski. The Game posted a tweet on the same and stated how much the late great legend meant to him and his career:
The Authority were absent last week on RAW and are set to be at the huge go-home RAW show for Hell In a Cell that includes appearances by Ric Flair, Lesnar, Undertaker and Shawn Michaels. Don’t miss out next week’s RAW as the WWE sure is up to something big.
