Ausar 'XLNC' Thompson is an American professional basketball player who was picked fifth overall by the Detroit Pistons in the 2023 Draft. He can play at shooting guard as well as the small forward position. Interestingly, his twin brother Amen Thompson, was drafted fourth overall by the Houston Rockets in the same draft. The brothers made NBA history in this year’s draft by becoming the first set of identical twins to be drafted back-to-back in the top five.
