In match 34 of IPL 2022, Rajasthan Royals beat Delhi Capitals by 15 runs and topped the points table. Drama unfolded in the final over as DC were not happy with the umpire's decision of not going to the 3rd umpire for the no-ball call. Batting first, RR scored a massive 222 runs for the loss of just 2 wickets. Jos Buttler scored his 3rd century of the season after scoring 116 runs off 65 balls. Skipper Sanju Samson scored an unbeaten 46 off just 19 balls. In reply, Delhi kept losing wickets in the middle. Rishabh Pant top scored for Delhi with 44 runs. Rovman Powell kept Delhi in the hunt after scoring a quick fire 36 off 15 balls but eventually Delhi fell short by 15 runs.
