Tendulkar's 3rd over (16th) Curran and Bhatia tore into the youngster, who succumbed to the pressure and lost his radar completely. He even sent down a beamer as he clearly felt the heat, getting tonked around for 31 off the over. Archer was meted similar treatment with Curran not sparing him and while Bhatia departed after completing a successful shift in gears, Jitesh Sharma just operated in sixth gear from the word go. Rather literally too, given that he was just dealing in sixes all the way.
Curran notched up a superb half-century, Jitesh carried on with Harpreet Brar also adding the finishing touches. Jitesh struck some towering blows and his 7-ball 25-run cameo could prove to be instrumental.
It couldn't have got better than what Arshdeep Singh bowled there in the final over. He kept nailing his yorkers and none of the batters was about to get under those deliveries. Tilak Verma was castled by an inch-perfect yorker.
