Tournament Format
Based on a rough North-South geographical division, the 18 counties are divided into the two groups - Group A and Group B. Each team plays every other team in the group once during the group stage, thus playing a total of eight matches. Four of the right matches of each team are home games, while the other four are away. The group stage winners progress straight to the semi-finals and the second and third-placed teams in each group will play a play-off against a team from the other group in the quarterfinals, and the winner progresses to one of the semi-final matches.
