English professional golfer Thomas Paul Fleetwood was born on January 19, 1991, and is now a member of both the European and PGA Tours. On the European Tour, he has seven victories.

Making his European Tour debut, Fleetwood tied for 67th place at the 2010 Czech Open. He won the Kazakhstan Open in September 2011 to earn a spot on the 2012 European Tour, his first Challenge Tour victory.

Fleetwood won the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles in August 2013, which was his first European Tour victory. He defeated Stephen Gallacher and Ricardo González with a birdie on the opening extra hole, forcing a three-man sudden-death playoff.

In the 2018 Ryder Cup, Fleetwood partnered with Francesco Molinari. Europe prevailed 17.5–10.5, making them the first duo to win all four of their matches. Fleetwood finished second at the 2019 Open Championship, which was hosted in July at the Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland.

South Africa's Gary Player Country Club hosted the Nedbank Golf Challenge, which Fleetwood won in November 2022. He played in 2019 and won this title, which he successfully defended. Additionally, it was his first triumph since then.

Fleetwood participated in the 2023 Ryder Cup on the European team in September 2023 at the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, Rome, Italy. Fleetwood went 3-1-0, including a victory in his Sunday singles match against Rickie Fowler, while the European team prevailed 16.5-11.5.

Fleetwood's seventh European Tour win was at the 2024 Dubai Invitational, where he defeated Thriston Lawrence and Rory McIlroy by a single stroke for a score of 265, under 19.

Tommy Fleetwood's Driver

Fleetwood has lately used the new TaylorMade Qi10 LS driver, starting at the top of the bag. Due to its low spinning traits, this driver is highly recommended for golfers with low handicaps, since it is also liked by Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods. The shaft on Fleetwood's model is a Fujikura Ventus TR Blue 6X.

It's interesting to note that in addition to his driver, Fleetwood also carries a 13.5 degree TaylorMade BRNR Mini Driver in his bag. He typically adjusts it to 13 degrees of loft using the same Ventus Blue shaft. While it's uncommon for tour players to carry two drivers, Fleetwood feels more at ease with the BRNR off the tee than with a 3-wood.

Tommy Fleetwood's Fairways

Fleetwood typically carries two fairway woods in the form of a Qi10 5 wood loft adjusted at 18 degrees and also a 7 wood loft adjusted at 24 degrees, which he rotates in and out of his bag with a 3 iron depending on the course layout and conditions.

However, the BRNR replaces his 3-wood. His fairway woods from last year, the TaylorMade Stealth 2 Plus, are replaced with these. The Mitsubishi Kuro Kage 80 XTS X is his go-to shaft for fairway woods.

The lower-spin Qi10 Tour fairway wood has both loft and sliding weight adjustability to fully dial in the ball trajectory, while the TaylorMade Qi10 fairway club is the temporary option among the three, delivering a mid spin and launch profile along with a fixed hosel.

Tommy Fleetwood's Irons

Fleetwood has now settled on the TaylorMade P7TW, which goes from 4 iron down to pitching wedge, after alternating between the P7TW and P7TF models for some time. It's interesting to note that while these irons were made especially for Tiger Woods, Fleetwood, who also uses them frequently, is a flusher when it comes to his iron play.

Those who require greater forgiveness from their irons won't be comfortable with these; they are meant for low-hand handicap players. His current sets are all equipped with Project X 6.5 shafts, and he occasionally replaces his 7 wood with a P7TW 3 iron based on the situation.

Tommy Fleetwood's Wedges

Fleetwood's bag only holds two wedges because of the extra clubs he carries at the top. A 52-degree TaylorMade Hi-Toe 3 is one of those, while a 60-degree Titleist Vokey Design WedgeWorks prototype is the other. True Temper Dynamic Gold Tour Issue S400 shafts are installed on both.

Golf Monthly revealed that the Hi-Toe 3 wedges are an amazingly balanced wedge with a high center of gravity for simple trajectory and distance control. Since most Tour professionals carry three or even four wedges, Fleetwood values versatility.

Among the best golf wedges for spin control in wet conditions, these wedges are also excellent for chipping because of the raised micro-ribs between the grooves that produce brilliant levels of spin. The hi-toe shape of the wedges specifically provides forgiveness on short shots.

Tommy Fleetwood's Putter

Most people believe that the Southport man's putting is his weakest aspect of his game. He switches putters more often than some of his contemporaries as a result, but currently he uses Odyssey White Hot Pro 3 with SuperStroke Mid Slim 2.0 grip through 2024. The White Hot Pro 3 is widely considered to be among the top blade putters available.

Tommy Fleetwood's Golf Ball

Fleetwood also plays with the TaylorMade TP5x Pix, which has the number 19. Towards the end of 2021, this ball assisted him with an alignment problem.

Adrian Rietveld, a TaylorMade Tour representative, spoke with Fleetwood about the general layout of the Pix and its advantages over the ordinary TP5x before he attempted to hit the ball.

Rietveld told Golf.com, "He actually didn't know exactly how Pix worked." “He thought it was just triangles that went end-over-end when you hit the ball. Once he learned those triangles can actually help you when lining up, it was a bit of a eureka moment.”
