Sahith Theegala is one of the famous golfers who competes on the PGA Tour and recently achieved his first PGA Tour victory on September 17, 2023. During his career, he has secured two professional wins throughout his journey. Besides this, Sahith won many glorious awards, including the Ben Hogan Award (2010) and the Haskins Award (2020). His caddie is Carl Smith, who has been working with him for a long time. Nowadays, Sahith lives in Houston, Texas, with his family.

Sahith Theegala’s Driver

Sahith Theegala uses a Ping driver (model: Ping G430 LST ) with a loft angle of 10.5 degrees and a 440cc clubhead. The shaft equipped with it is Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX 60 TX shaft, which weighs around 60 grams and has an extremely stiff profile. This driver features low launch, low torque, stability & accuracy, and while playing with it, it resists twisting during the swing.

Sahith Theegala’s Fairway

5 wood: Theegala uses a wood named Ping G430 Max with a loft angle of 17.5 degrees (adjustable to 16.5 degrees). This wood is equipped with Graphite Design Tour AD DI 8 TX shaft. This fairway wood is designed for maximum forgiveness and stable performance on off-center hits. It provides high launch, low ball spin and is good for those who are seeking a penetrating ball flight, allowing them to fine-tune their launch & spin characteristics.

Sahith Theegala’s Irons

Sahith Theegala has the Ping i210 (3) iron. The 3 iron comes with a classic look and features a compact blade length and a thin top line. This iron offers a soft feel and is mainly engineered for higher ball flight with incredible stopping power, making it suitable for those who want a combination of fee and forgiveness.

The other iron Theegala uses is Ping Blueprint S (4-W) irons. This Ping iron set provides a very soft feel as it is forged from 8620 carbon steel and available in a 4-W configuration. This iron is designed for highly skilled golfers and is ideal for those who want excellent forgiveness & trajectory control over their shots.

Sahith Theegala’s Wedges

Theegala chose to make use of two Ping wedge variants. The newest Ping wedges in that line, the Glide 4.0s, are the 50 and 54 degree variants and a Ping Glide 2.0, the wedge that debuted two generations prior to the 4.0, for his 58 degree model.
