Transylvania suffer their sixth straight defeat in the tournament. They posted a competitive total on the board and had a chance to register their first win but their bowlers fell prey to Koli's onslaught and the target was chased with 16 balls to spare. The fielding hasn't been great either and it also played a part in the setback
The Gladiators edged past the Zalmi in a low-scoring thriller earlier and the batters struggled against the quality bowling attack but here, their top-order stepped in and chase the huge score with minimum fuss. Transylvania's bowling wasn't threatening like Zalmi, so Koli just took them on and made them pay for their fielding errors. We have two more matches to go and Transylvania will be up against ACCB shortly.
