That brings us to the end of our coverage from this encounter. Till the next time, this is Arya Sekhar Chakraborty also signing off on behalf of my fellow commentator Sourabh Agarwal.
Oslo CK had to work very hard for the win but in the end, Chaudhary Akram managed to hold his nerves and defended the 24 runs in the final over. Paul Edgeller fought hard and went onto score a half century but it didn't prove to be enough in the end as Osko won the match by 9 runs. Charles Packard and Sam Dickson started off well by smashing boundaries but they lost their way in the middle overs.
A flurry of wickets pushed them on the backfoot. Wickets kept falling on a consistent basis and it was only the blitzkrieg from Edgeller which got them close. He smashed a quickfire 58 off just 25 deliveries which included 5 fours and 5 sixes. However despite being there till the end, it wasn't enough to get their side over the finish line. Earlier in the day, it was a brilliant knock from Adeel Azam which had allowed them to post 117.
