Thank you, friends, for staying with us for this exciting game in the Emirates D10 tournament between Emirates Blues and Emirates Red. This is Mohul Bhowmick signing off on behalf of Soumarya Dutta. Until next time, ciao!
Emirates Red beat Emirates Blues by 6 wickets!
Rayan Khan 39 (19) | Harshit Seth 2-15 Clinton Berkenshaw 38 (21) and 2-21
Despite having been rocked by the bowling team early on in the innings and having lost two early wickets, Emirates Red managed to win this game quite comfortably in the end.
The Ashwanth Valthappa and Clint Berkenshaw duo made sure that there were not a lot of hurdles for them. Emirates Blues bowled and fielded rather well but it was quite unfortunate that they could not seal the deal.
The Red will be extremely proud of their efforts and take home all the points from this game. Blues will feel that there are quite a few areas in which they can improve themselves.
They have to look in the mirror and gauge for themselves what they can do to improve and get better. It will not be easy for them, but they have enough quality in their lineup to get the job done in the future.
10.0
9.1 Aryan Saxena to Raunak Vaswani, FOUR! And that's the game for the Emirates Red. It was tossed up and outside off stump. Vaswani slammed it through cover and the Red's have clinched this one by 6 wickets.
Emirates Red are almost there. They should get there quite comfortably in this over. Valthappa has been the hero that Red needed.

8.6 Hazrat Bilal to Raunak Vaswani, short one and at the pads. Raunak nudges it into the on side for a single. The scores are level now
8.5 Hazrat Bilal to Raunak Vaswani, FOUR! TIMING! It was short and outside off stump and Vaswani just opened the face of the blade to guide it past point for a boundary.
8.4 Hazrat Bilal to Raunak Vaswani, faster one and outside off stump. Vaswani is beaten for pace. Dot ball.
8.3 Hazrat Bilal to Raunak Vaswani, SIX! What a shot! It was on the pads and it was a just a flick of the wrist from Raunak. He helped it over fine leg for a MAXIMUM.
