DUBAI BEAT EMIRATES RED BY 10 RUNS!
Ammar Badami 34(16) | Raunak Vaswani (2-0-10-3) Clinton Berkenshaw 29(16) | Adhithya Shetty (2-0-7-4) After an enthralling first innings, that was mainly permeated by a one man show in Ammar Badami's heroics with the bat and also in the field, it was Raunak Vaswani who stole the limelight with a scintillating performance with the ball, displaying his diversity as a bowler, by bowling 2 overs in different stages of the game.
In the second innigns, the batting didn't really fire and there was one man who was the central factor of disruption behind all the havoc wreaked- Adhithya Shetty: who had a terrific game, picking up 4 wickets, yes in a T10, only conceding 3.5 an over and displaying some wonderful variants and changes of pace, versus both handed batters.
The gamble of playing Danny Pawson up the order, to provide the left hander up top backfired, with him departing for a golden duck, pulling one straight to short mid wicket, Though he didn't have a fantastic game today, special praise reserved for Wasim Akram who got them off to flier, and without whom the momentum wouldn't have taken off.
Clinton Berkenshaw played a fighting knock of 29 off 16 deliveries, almost getting his side to cross the boundary rope with 2 points in their kitty, but again like, Badami for Dubai, they lacked that one batter in the middle who could provide stability and hang around with each of them.
Overall, it was a riveting game of cricket, and the better team today won- which was Dubai!

9.6 Ayman Ahamed to Usama Parkar, Dubai win by 10 runs! It was fuller and at the stumps. Usama tried a fancy ramp shot but missed it completely. It will be a dot ball to end the innings and Emirates Red end with 87/6 in 10 overs.
9.5 Ayman Ahamed to Clint Berkenshaw, fuller and wide outside the off stump. Berkenshaw can't get it away and that should be the end of Emirates Red's chances.
9.4 Ayman Ahamed to Clint Berkenshaw, SIX! This game is still alive! It was the length ball and Berkenshaw was sitting deep in the crease. He hits it on the up, over long off for a MAXIMUM.
