That brings us to the end of this encounter. We have another T10 match between Hungary and Turkey slated to start in less than 15 minutes time. Switch tabs and do follow the game. But from here, this is myself (Arya Sekhar Chakraborty) signing off also on behalf of my fellow commentator and good mate Rajarshi Das.
Austria win by 48 runs
Karanbir Singh 52(19) | Sahel Zadran 2/19(2) Jordan O'Brien 39(11) | Nicholas Salonel 3/28(2)
It turned out to be a rather one sided game in the game and despite a good effort with the bat from Finland, it proved to be a mountain to steep to climb. In the end a 48 run victory is a fitting end to what was a dramatic comeback from Austria after stuttering at 21/4 at one stage.
Vandaaj Padhaal and Aravind Mohan started off well with a flurry of boundaries. However it was the partnership between Jordan O'Brien and Faheem Nellancheri who gave Finland a realistic chance with some clinical hitting. While Jordan smacked 39 off 11 deliveries, Nellancheri scored a quickfire 13 ball 39.
When these two were going strong, Finland were in with a chance but soon it fell off the hook as they kept losing wickets. The couple of wickets of the two set batters turned this around again and it was a tall ask from there on. Sahel Zadran, Abdullah Akbarjan and Karanbir Singh were the pick of the bowlers with a couple each. Karanbir also plucked a couple of stunning catches.

9.6 Abdullah Akbarjan to Nathan Collins, on a good length around off stump, Collins had a big swing across the line and missed. Austria take the game by 48 runs!
Nathan Collins, RHB is the new man in.
Another freakish catch from Karanbir Singh with the lights on. Looked like it was going for a six all the way. Take a bow Karanbir. Incredible stuff.
9.5 Abdullah Akbarjan to Ziaur Rehman, OUT! Karanbir Singh with his second stunner of the game - the first time felt so right, he had to do it twice! It's his right hand this time! Full, in the slot, Rehman met it all right with a slog across the line. Karanbir, stationed at that pocket at deep mid wicket, leapt, stuck his right hand out, and just like he did earlier, plucked the ball, which was well on course to clear the ropes, out of thin air! That is simply freakish, what a stunning effort to close the game!
9.4 Abdullah Akbarjan to Nicholas Salonen, full on middle and leg, Salonen skied it towards long off. The man out there didn't pick it. Just a single
9.3 Abdullah Akbarjan to Ziaur Rehman, full, on leg stump, heaved towards deep mid wicket for a run
9.2 Abdullah Akbarjan to Nicholas Salonen, full, fired in on leg stump. Salonen swings, misses, and is struck on the pads. The batters rush through for a run
