Thanks a lot for joining us- Mohul Bhowmick and Soumarya Dutta- for this exciting game of cricket. Until next time, ciao!
Finland beat Turkey by 47 runs!
Jordan O'Brien 37 (14) | Nicholas Salonen 3-16 Ali Turkmen 33 (18) | Ishak Elec 3-28
Finland managed to win this game quite comfortably and as expected. They did not brook any challenge whatsoever from the Turkish batsmen and managed to make do without even a fight from them.
The batsmen of Turkey will feel confident owing to the fact that at least some of the strokes they played came off. However, they need to take a long, hard look at the mirror and figure out why they did not put up a fight at all.
Finland had it rather easy in the end, and this was completely at odds with the way Turkey generally play their cricket. They are not the ones to capitulate meekly.

9.6 Nicholas Salonen to Muhammad Turkmen, back of a length and it has been slapped down to mid on by Turkmen. He will pick up a quick single to end the innings for Turkey. They will finish off with 97/8 in 10 overs.
9.5 Nicholas Salonen to Muhammad Turkmen, FOUR! It was in the slot and Turkmen drilled it down the ground through long off for a boundary.
9.4 Nicholas Salonen to Murat Ipek, In the air and DROPPED! It was the ramp shot from Ipek but he mistimed it. Collins ran back but couldn't hold on to it.
9.3 Nicholas Salonen to Murat Ipek, full and outside the off stump. Ipek lets it go and it won't be a hattrick for Salonen.
Murat Ipek, RHB, is in at 10.
9.2 Nicholas Salonen to Muhammet Bicer, KNOCKED HIM OVER! It was full and straigh at the stumps and it was too quick for Bicer. He gave himself room and couldn't get his bat down on time as the ball crashed into the stumps.
