It was a tight tussle but Issy Wong's presence made thing easier for the visitors. The players are in all smiles and pose with the trophy. Hard luck for Minnu & co as they they put up a great fightback with their spin heavy attack while defending a low total but they know they didn't live up to the expectations with the bat. It was a pleasure to cover this game and hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Until next time, this is Pragadeesh and Tasmai signing off. Ciao
Holly Armitage (England A Captain) - Charlie Dean has done a hard job in the first two matches but I stepped in and won the trophy. The Indian bowlers were aggressive as they have always been throughout. We will take a lot of learning from this series. We were missing Dean as she is a good spinner. Credit to the bowlers as they were fantastic throughout the series
Issy Wong - It's a different situation, we bowled well and they came back with good intent and showed a good fightback. When we go down, we know what to do. We tried to take as deep as possible.
Issy Wong grabs the Player of the Match and the Player of the Series award
Minnu Mani - In the first half, we were 10-20 runs short. I tried to motivate them by telling the strengths at the halfway stage. The wicket was slow in the first half, so we stuck to one plan

What we witnessed today wasn't just any ordinary game, but a game that we will remember for ages to come! Some scintillating cricket all around from both the sides- and I must say, England, the better team today, took with them home, something they rightfully deserved, for the brand of cricket they showcased today!
It all started off with the Indian batting falling like a house of cards, without a single steady partnership and a single batter being able to cross 30- it was almost the same case with England, but the way Issy Wong and Hollie Armitage pulled things back, courtesy 2 well crafted knocks was truly a sight to marvel!
The Indian bowlers bowled beautifully and in particular the spinners, who were superb with the ball today! Special mentions to Shreyanka Patil and Minnu Mani, who almost brought the cup home!
Overall a fantastic game of cricket, permeated by ups and downs for both sides, but the better team took the cup home!

Gongadi Trisha to Issy Wong, FOUR! ISSYWONGSEALS IT IN STYLEANDENGLAND A WINTHESERIES! Short of a length and it sits up off the surface, Wong rocks back and powers this wide of mid-off to win it for her team emphatically
IT'S GONEDOWN TO THEWIRE! But England look the favorites' to win the game, with only 2 runs needed of the last over and 2 wickets in hand. Can India pull of the unthinkable?

Mannat Kashyap to Kirstie Gordon, flighted delivery on a good length outside off, Gordon cuts and gets contact in the outer half. The fielder at short third collects it on the bounce
