Store Bay Snorkelers won by 9 wickets Dillon Douglas 34 (16) | Akiel Cooper 24 (16) Terrance Hinds 3-14(2) | Justin Gangoo 1-26 (2)
Only two teams have defeated the Surfers at the moment and this is the most stellar performance from the Snorkelers. Well, they had a chance at the halfway stage to chase this score but no one really expected them to dismantle the table-toppers like the way they did.
The approach was nothing but aggressive and they didn't back off at any moment. It turned out to be the go-to way to tackle the Surfers' bowling attack as it made the main bowlers to lose their rhythm and they never really looked settled. Williams started the fireworks and Douglas carries on with it as the duo helped the team to get off to a flying start
Gangoo dismissed Williams after the southpaw put the Snorkelers on the front foot and Mills came out with an attacking mindset to make things bad to worse for the Surfers. Douglas went wild as the ball caught the sweet spot of his blade more often and in the end, what seemed to be a difficult target was chased with ease
