The early wickets ensured that the Dutch gave absolutely one leeway to the Swedish batting line-up to get anywhere near the mammoth target they have set in the first place. Share Ali's first-ball dismissal, with the opener smashing it straight to the fielder at cover, pretty much went on to be the moment that would define the eventual run-chase. They just didn't seem to have the fuel to keeping going - at one stage, the batters were clearing the ropes one ball, and were getting out off the next one! Humayun Jyoti and Zabi Zahid enjoyed themselves for a bit towards the end, with the game well and truly gone out of their hands by then. The Netherlands XI have reached the finals already, and have the entire afternoon to themselves. Sweden get another go later on in the day against the winner of the eliminator.
