There is only one winner in this contest. The Royals were clinical with both bat and ball, eventually they got their first victory in this tournament. Well, the chase was meant to be difficult and the start from the Skiers made things bad to worse. They lost three wickets for 23 and they didn't recover from the early blow.
Cruickshank and Kent tried to rebuild but it always seemed that the Skiers were far behind the asking rate and the latter's carnage in the end only helped the team to reduce the deficit of the defeat. With the ball, Joachim set the foundation with those key early strikes and Raymond kept things tight in the middle overs, picking up two wickets to his name
